In accordance with the authority established in the State Underground Petroleum Environmental Response Bank Act, Section 44-2-140, facilities on this list have one or more underground storage tanks that are prohibited from receiving product. The Department may classify an underground storage tank as ineligible for delivery, deposit, or acceptance of product if certain conditions are determined as defined in the Underground Storage Tank Control Regulations R.61-92, Section 280.23 (e) and (g). A UST may also be classified as ineligible if the owner/operator has failed to renew their annual registration.
