About the Advanced Reporting Tool
The Advance Reporting Tool (ART) serves as a collaborative database of air quality initiatives across the state that allows schools, businesses, individuals, municipalities and other partners to record and share details of their emission reducing programs and the positive impact it is making. The program will be used to report information to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as required for the ozone advance program and any other subsequent advance programs. The ART will also foster collaboration and inspiration by allowing people to view successful initiatives by others in the state and contacts for the purpose of peer to peer consultation. Please enter the details of your air quality initiative below to help us record the outstanding work that is being done to collectively improve air quality in South Carolina.
This tool is intended to enable partners to report actions, activities, and initiatives that are implemented that may have positive air quality outcomes or results. The tool will allow the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) staff to compile this information into reports for sharing with partners, including the EPA. DHEC staff suggests that a single "point of contact" for interested groups, entities, and local governments be assigned this data entry task.
